What?
The North Downs Run is a spectacular multi-terrain race of around 30 kilometres over the beautiful North Downs in Kent.

Where?
The start and finish are at the Cascades Leisure Centre in Gravesend, on the south bank of the Thames, and the course passes through some of the beautiful scenery of the North Downs. The course is mainly off road in very scenic surroundings.

When?
The 2011 edition of the North Downs Run will be held on June 19th. The time limit is 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Why?
A local but very special event, the challenging race is not an easy Sunday stroll, with relentless climbs up onto the top of the North Downs. And June can be surprisingly hot. But the scenery is breathtaking and the NDR is well organised and marshalled, with the extra bonus of home made cakes and a swim at the end.
