China is gearing up to host an unprecedented event in the realm of sports technology – a groundbreaking human-robot half-marathon in Beijing. This innovative race, scheduled for April, will bring together a diverse array of “athletes” from across the globe, encompassing both humans and humanoid robots in a futuristic showdown.

The event, to be held in Beijing’s ‘E-Town’, will witness the participation of 12,000 human long-distance runners alongside humanoid robots representing numerous international companies.
